UNIQUELY DESIGNED DYNEEMA ROPES

These Dyneema ropes are made with a lead wire inside a plastic core, which is then heat-sealed.
Then when it is heated for heat-sealing, it is pushed outwards and bonds with the inner dyneema rope.
To protect them from abrasion, these ropes are then covered with a thick and resistant Dyneema cover with a compact design. These ropes are heat-set and stretched to reshape the core, making it very compact and strong, so that the circular shape is well maintained, even on a heavily loaded drum.
