During this phase the acquired yarns are analyzed, and sampling is carried out.
This process is essential, as it guarantees the high standard quality and efficiency of our raw materials, by verifying that the information and tests’ results provided by our suppliers are in accordance with the purchased products.
Therefore, inspection is highly important, as in the case in which the goods are non- compliant merchandise, they’ll be returned to the supplier, avoiding any future inefficiency and underperformances of our final products.
Once tested, the threads, subjected to an electronic and automatic control, are positioned onto a Creel , and successively conveyed onto the knotless loom’s bobbins .
During this phase, the threads’ electronic control system, verifies the correct threads’ numeration, in the case in which it does not correspond to the expected quantities, the process of warping is immediately interrupted, permitting our operators to correctly restore the process.
The dimensions of the mesh and the weight/grammage of the knotless netting can vary and therefore be produced upon demand.
The Knotless Weaving can be conducted with 2, 4 or 6 bars.
Moreover, upon request, the edge of the produced net can be realized with the seventh and /or octave, to ensure the cleanliness of the top edge netting.
During the knotless weaving process, the looms are equipped with automatic control systems , which guarantee the production of flawless nettings without imperfections, in fact the meshes are perfectly concatenated.
During this phase the net is tightened and thermically treated through a thermostatic autoclave oven, guaranteeing the stabilization of the mesh measure.
The stabilized net is subsequently dyed, between more than 120 color tones, depending on the client’s discretion.
Moreover, the installation of a new implant guarantees chromatic uniformity on the whole piece of net; in fact the color is entirely absorbed by the fiber, ensuring a stable and long- lasting pigmentation.
The drying phase occurs inside the large industrial oven where the warm air is conveyed towards the net, drying it consistently.
The Drying process is conducted with the net in tension, uniformly extended, this favours both its storage and the nettings’ ordered arrangement into the warehouse, guaranteeing an easy and ready utilisation.
Subsequently to the visual inspections previously carried out, during the final testing, the quality of the products is tested.
These last controls are conducted on the nettings’ properties which most impact the nets’ performances, precisely its breaking strength, elongation/ stretching capacity, and mesh’s dimensions.
Subsequently to the latest examination to verify the high quality and trustworthiness of our nettings, the packaging is carried out through presses for packs which reduce the volume of the coils, especially the larger ones.
